Introduction

If you encounter your NIU APP Notification is not working properly

Solution

Go to your Apps->NIU E-Scooter-> Notifications and check whether notifications are enabled or not. If it is not enabled, please enable it.
Also if you don't get notification alert sounds, re-verify that you don't accidentally mute the app notification sounds.
