SIM card unpaid/inactivated/low signal strength
How to solve it?
- Make sure your scooter is parked in an area with good GSM and GPS reception.
- Send an email to questions@niu.com with your scooter SN and VIN number.
- Visit your NIU dealer to have the ECU checked.
