DRIVER'S LICENSE
Driver needs to be at least 15 years of age.
25km/h - no license required
45km/h - scooter license
70km/h - motorcycle or car license
INSURANCE
It's mandatory for all NIU models to have an insurance.
SUBSIDIES
Since December 2019, there are no subsidies offered in Belgium anymore.
